Launch Hypercare
Launch is the exciting part. We make sure it’s not the chaotic part.

Where It Usually Hurts
- Not clear what’s needed, or what comes first — so the timeline drags and slips
- Too many tasks, too little time, all landing at once — and the stress starts affecting the work
- Underestimating how connected everything is — one wrong setup causing problems downstream
- Stuck in firefight mode, with the same issues repeating after launch
The Way We See It
Launch is the most exciting phase — the first time the rubber actually hits the road. It’s also where the task list explodes, the timeline slips, and the same problems keep coming back because nobody had time to fix the cause.
Most firms will offer to do it all for you. Having been there ourselves, we don’t think that’s what you want. You started this because you want to be in charge of it — but being in charge alone is hard. What you need is someone in it with you: real support on the actual work, and honest support on the days it gets heavy.
That’s what a runningmate is. Not a cold consultant handing over a report — more like a coach who runs the course beside you. Someone who shares the founder’s drive but keeps a clear head, who’s disciplined when you’re stretched, and who’s seen this stretch of road before.
Our Services
- Launch playbook
Every task sequenced against its dependencies, so nothing waits on something nobody started.
- Company stand-up
Entity, banking, tax and the operational setups, each explained as it’s built because they outlive the launch.
- Logo and website design
The brand and storefront your first customers actually meet, built to carry the range you’ll add later.
- First PO to first SO
The full arc from placing your first order to shipping your first sale, worked beside you rather than for you.
- On-call launch support
Weekly risk scans, and someone to call on the days it gets heavy.

Frequently Asked Questions
- When should I start launch support?
- Earlier than most people think — ideally we join you from day one, at plan and source. Otherwise, no later than a month before you set up the company or place the first purchase order.
- What if something goes wrong at the worst possible time?
- That’s what the weekly recap (proactive) and the hotline (reactive) are for. We constantly scan the work to minimize risk and prepare for the worst case — and when it hits, we know what to do.
- How long does launch support run?
- Typically three to six months, depending on how much is being set up and how fast the first cycle moves. We agree the shape at the discovery call.
- What if I’ve already started and just need help with part of it?
- That’s fine — we can join mid-process. Common entry points are a pre-shipment inspection briefing, a customs and compliance review, or emergency support when something has already gone wrong. We scope a targeted engagement rather than the full program. Tell us where you are and we’ll tell you what makes sense.
- What kind of operating system should I implement on day one?
- If you’re launching with a handful of products, start with Google Sheets — almost every business should. A spreadsheet forces you to understand your data before you automate it, and it’s far cheaper to get wrong. Once you’ve validated your processes and know what the system actually needs to do, we can build something more permanent. Skipping that step usually produces an expensive system built on processes you don’t fully understand yet.
